Lovely owners, great location and value for money. Beds were comfortable and clean.
Great location. Nice big clean rooms. Comfortable beds very well. Located not far from the Town center. The landlord was very helpful and friendly downstairs. There's a games room with a good quality pool table which is free And also a retro games machine which was fun also free. I highly recommend this place. Thank you. See you on the next visit

The Burlington was a very pleasant stay for us last weekend, the room (No. 7) was well presented, lovely bed and a fantastic view of the beach and promenade. Although the Burlington only offer ‘Room Only’. This isn’t a problem as an ‘all you can eat buffet breakfast’ is available less than 100m away at the Brewers Fayre. Highly recommend, cheers Richard on a great stay!
Mr. William (the owner) is truly a lifesaver and an exceptional human being. During the long weekend from August 25th to 28th, I booked the entire apartment at the adjacent house number 10 (Next Door) for £900. However, upon our arrival, we encountered an unexpected situation. The owner observed us through the camera and refused us to accommodating all our family members in the house. This was perplexing since we had booked the entire house and paid a reasonable amount for our stay. Consequently, we found ourselves without a way to keep our family members together. Around 10:10 pm, after the Burlington Hotel had closed, I knocked on the door of Mr. William's place. He graciously opened the door, and I quickly apologized and sought his assistance. He responded with remarkable positivity and promptly helped us arrange everything to ensure our comfort. Even after we checked out, he went above and beyond by assisting us in storing our luggage. Both him and his wife exhibited exceptional kindness and hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking the best hospitality experience. Not only is it a fantastic choice for Margate visitors, but it sets a standard of hospitality that extends beyond the town to the entirety of the UK
We had a lovely 3 night stay here. Rooms were extremely clean with new towels and bottles of water refreshed everyday. Small toiletries were also left for us which was very welcomed. Downstairs has a lounge with a pool table and arcade games machine all for free which is a really lovely touch. Location is unbeatable- so close to the train station and beach. Would reccomend staying here if you are visiting margate!
Just got back from 2 nights here, Very clean rooms, family run, had top room with views of the beach, 2 mins from Margate station and close to all amenities, Dave the man who runs it very friendly, hotel always clean and tidy and smelling lovely, would highly recommend staying here will definitely be returning.
Needed a place to stay for work purposes last minute Richard and Anna saved the day very nice rooms and good value for your money, definitely would book again
